I'm updating my review. The reason for the update is for Jason's amazing customer service. He's already working on resolving the problems below. 5 star for the customer service! I'll keep it at the 4 star rating overall, but Jason and his team are outstanding!

I want to start by saying this score has nothing to do with their customer service. They've been one of the best companies I've ordered from, and I will continue to order from them in the future. However, there are times when things slip through the cracks. I ordered their latest Deku shirt and Gandalf tank. The Deku shirt had small pieces of plastic stitched in the right side seam. I was able to use tweezers to get most of it, but I might have cause problems to the integrity of the seam (hopefully not). There is still plastic I can't get out, and you may be able to see in the picture provided, but it's faint. The bigger problem was my Gandalf tank. I only washed it twice before the who bottom lost its stitching. It just came unraveled after just one time wearing it and two wash cycles. Never happened before. I have shirts over three years old still in great condition. Only reason they're getting a 2 star review is because of how badly the shirt came undone.

Certainly some of the best designs I've stumbled upon. Definitely some good quality shirt! I highly recommend grabbing some these because I know I want more!

As a bigger guy OUAT is one of the few places that have could shirts in my size. I love most of their designs. And they make great gifts for my nieces and nephew now thay they are older and dont really play with playground balls anymore.

My shirts were great as always the Batman tee and the mindflayer are awesome!

Absolutely loving my monthly shirt subscription, my husband and I share the subscription so every month is an exciting time to see who gets the shirt that month (depending on franchise the shirt is from) April's Animal Crossing shirt was a huge hit for my husband. We wear a 4xl but get a 6xl so they are extra big and comfy

Your shirts are the absolute best ever, my closet is overloaded with shirts from you all. The best thing is that I even got my sister and mom hooked on your shirts as well hehe.

I have been a customer of Once Upon A Tee for a few years now. I love the shirts, from the designs to the fit and comfort of the actual shirt. The quality keeps me coming back! I’ve bought from OUAT several times now, and the stuff I’ve bought is among my favorite clothes to wear. I keep coming back because there are just so many cool weekly designs for really great prices. I highly recommend keeping an eye on the weekly collections if you want to buy from a legit brand that actually supports their artists. The designs also aren’t cheaply printed, so they’ve lasted in the wash so far.

Got my nieces and nephew shirts for Christmas. They loved them!

The most recent Kingdom Hearts collection that dropped was amazing! My girlfriend and I love all the designs and definitely cannot wait to pick up more!

I've been wanting to get an accent pillow for my couch, and when this design showed up, I instantly fell in love! I ordered the largest pillow size, and it's become my favorite couch pillow!

I ordered three of the four KPDH-inspired shirts for myself, my daughter, and my girlfriend, so we are able to match in theme whenever we want. We all love the designs, and the shirts are so soft. Also longer than other shirts of nominally the same size, so that was a delightful surprise and great quality addition!

I ordered a poster on the design "Starry Derry" 24 x 36. I bought a nice frame for it as well. Usually I get the t-shirts but they say quickly and don't last long.. I wanted this to last for a long time so I got the poster. It was excellent in quality upon arrival. Put it up in my living room.

Long time lover of once upon a tee. Did an order of the 5th element shirt and then decided to roll the dice with the random shirt. I’ve always put in what I love in hopes that I’ll get something related. The main thing I add is that I love chrono trigger. I’ve been after one of the chrono trigger shirts for a while. Every time it pops up it’s not in the funds for me to get one. So I put it down as I normally do and this time the stars aligned. I got the fantastic 5th element shirt AND one of the awesome Chrono trigger shirts that I had been after. I love this company and have continued to try and replace all my shirts with once upon a tee shirts. I’m getting close! Love you guys and the work you do!

I bought the KDH pillow and ornament and tshirt and absolutely love them! The quality is great, the tshirt is comfortable, and the ornament is super cute. The pillow was tricky to stuff, but it turned out really well. All in all, would def buy more!

I love the community that this small business creates! They are so kind, friendly and genuinely care about your likes, lives and wins! I particularly love Psylocke from X-Men and I usually find it hard to find stuff specifically with her but they did it! My daughter had an Umbreon themed birthday party and they also came through with some of the coolest Umbreon shirts!

I ordered a shirt from OUAT that I saw on an Instagram ad, so I was a bit skeptical at first. It turns out that this place is legit though! The design is awesome and it’s everything that you’d expect from a t-shirt. It took a while to ship, but that’s because everything is made to order, so I don’t mind. I’ll probably buy from here again. (to clarify: I cropped the shirt in the pic, it doesn’t come like that)
